Changelog

What just shipped.

Honest, dated, chronological. New features and improvements — each release with the actual things that changed.

August 24, 2026

Your first 14 days, and an email when work arrives

  • NewEvery new account now starts on a 14-day free trial — no card, one trial per email address. When it ends the account becomes read-only on the free tier: every gallery, site and client link stays online exactly as it is, and nothing is ever deleted. You just can't upload anything new until you pick a plan.
  • NewNew enquiries now email you the moment they land, whether they came from your contact form, the directory, or a lead you were sent. Replying to that email replies to the client — it's addressed from them, not from us — and the enquiry is already waiting in your Leads board.
  • ImprovedYou're now signed out after an hour of inactivity, and signed straight back in as long as you're still working. Shared and borrowed machines stop staying logged in overnight.

Get found: the directory, rebuilt

  • NewThe photographer directory now shows the work: a strip of your photos and your logo on every listing, so clients pick you by your pictures rather than your name.
  • NewFilter by location, rating and price band — location and band take as many choices as you like — with real paged results you can link to and come back to.
  • NewSet your rates in as many currencies as you work in. Each currency has its own bands you set yourself; nothing is ever converted behind your back, and visitors can switch the currency they're browsing in.
  • NewProfile Listing is now its own tab under Settings, separate from your public profile, and arrives prefilled with what we already hold about you. Serviceable cities take multiple choices.
  • ImprovedFollowing a photographer works end to end — the Follow button now has a page behind it, with follower counts on your profile.

Edit on the photo, and prices that add up

  • NewCrop, rotate, straighten and add a border on the photo itself, with drag handles — not buried behind a menu or a separate tab. Revert to original is always one click away, and your original file is never overwritten.
  • NewOrientation and crop position are remembered per photo, so a portrait shot sits correctly in every gallery layout without you re-cropping it each time.
  • ImprovedPricing now quotes and charges in your visitor's currency, shows two real prices instead of a struck-through one, and gives annual billing as two months free. Extra storage is a proper add-on you can stack on any paid plan.
  • ImprovedPublic album pages now render the album's own design, and captions follow one consistent rule everywhere they appear. Private albums get a preview link.

Support guide, gallery layouts & CRM edits

  • NewA complete support guide at /support — click-by-click walkthroughs for every screen, each one telling you where your work saved and who can see it, plus a searchable reference covering every control in the app.
  • NewWebsite Creator: four new gallery layouts pairing one big photo with a thumbnail strip — on the right, on the left, below as a slideshow, or below as click-only — plus a films-only layout. Clicking a thumbnail loads it into the big block.
  • NewLeads: a client's name, email and phone can now be corrected. Your edit is stored alongside the original enquiry, which is never overwritten.
  • ImprovedLightroom import now brings photos in at full resolution — the edited photo at its original pixel dimensions — instead of a 2048px preview. If Lightroom can't render one at full size, the import says so rather than quietly delivering a smaller file.
  • ImprovedRecord a payment: enter either an amount or a percentage of the invoice total — useful for deposits — with the resulting figure shown before you confirm.

  • NewA discovery Feed of photographers' work (Following + Discover) with likes.
