Dashboard → Overview
What just happened: Limits are fixed to your plan at the time you took it — changing our published prices later never silently changes your account.
Settings → Privacy
What just happened: Visitors must enter the password before they see any page. Album share links have their own separate access codes.
Settings → Security
What just happened: New devices will be asked for an emailed code at sign-in; devices you trust skip it for 90 days.
Every control on these screens, and what it does.
Settings, in the order you are likely to need them.
| Set a password | One shared password for the entire public site. |
| Show password / Hide password | Reveals what you typed. |
| Leave blank to keep current password | Editing other settings later will not wipe the password. |
| Save privacy settings | Applies it. The page confirms with “Password protection saved.” |
Worth knowing: This is one password for everyone, separate from an album's Access code. Site protection gates the whole portfolio; an access code gates one shared album. Use both if a client's gallery needs to stay private even from someone who has the site password.
| Two-factor authentication | Turned on by confirming an emailed code first, so you cannot lock yourself out by mistake. |
| Trusted devices | Devices that skip the code. Remove one you no longer have. |
| Invite a teammate | Email, optional Name, and a Preset role. |
| Preset | The bundle of areas that role can reach. You can define your own. |
| Remove / Delete | Revokes access. |
Worth knowing: Be clear-eyed about what this does today: it invites people, and it decides what they see. It is not yet a full data-scoping layer, so treat a teammate account as trusted rather than as a hard boundary.
The page walks it in three steps and gives you the exact records, with a Copy button on each value.
| Type | A record or CNAME record, depending on whether it is a root domain. |
| Name / Host | What to call the record at your registrar. |
| Value / Points to | What to point it at — copy it exactly. |
| Verify | Checks whether DNS has caught up. |
| Finish your portfolio first | The message when there is nothing published to point a domain at yet. |
Worth knowing: DNS changes are not instant. Verify failing right after you save the records usually means propagation, not a mistake — wait, then check again.
| Page title | What search results and the browser tab show. |
| Append site name to page titles | Adds “ · Your Studio” automatically. |
| Meta description | The paragraph under your result in search. |
| Social share image | The picture shown when someone posts your link. |
| Enable link-in-bio page | Turns the page on. |
| Display name / Headline | Your name, and a line like “Wedding & portrait photographer · Bangalore”. |
| Avatar image URL | The picture at the top. |
| Links | Each has a Label (“Book a session”), a URL, and an optional subtitle. Move up / Move down to reorder. |
| Show social icons | A row of your socials. |
| Background | The look of the page. |
| QR code for your links page | A ready-made QR to print or hand out. |
| Headline | A short tagline under your name. |
| Location | Clients filter the directory by this, so a plain city name finds you more often than a full address. |
| Bio | Who you are and what you shoot. |
| Niches | Your specialities — press Enter or comma to add each. The ten suggested chips are what the directory can filter by. |
| We already have these | Offers your existing site bio, studio address and photo tags. Only fills fields you left empty. |
| List me in the directory | Opt in. Off by default. |
| Accepting enquiries | Off keeps you listed but replaces the enquiry button with a 'Not taking work right now' note. |
| Starting price | What you charge from. One per currency you quote in — never converted between them. |
| What your card shows | Read-only preview of the headline, location and specialities from Public Profile. |
| Photos and logo | Taken from your published work automatically. Nothing to upload here. |
| Current Plan | What you are on, marked Current. |
| Payment history | Past charges. |
| Scheduled to switch to… | Shown when a plan change is queued for the next cycle. |
| Your plan is set to cancel on… | Shown after you cancel — access continues to that date. |
Worth knowing: Your limits are frozen to the plan as it was when you took it. If we change our published prices or allowances later, your account keeps what you signed up for.
Tell us the screen you're on and what you expected to happen — that's usually enough for us to spot it straight away.
