Worth knowing: The client-download signature only has an effect on albums that are actually Shared and have published photos.

Worth knowing: Switching an existing signature between Text and Logo requires the matching content to be there. A logo signature with no logo uploaded cannot be applied — and the app now refuses it up front with a clear message instead of failing partway through a download.

Worth knowing: With Shadow and Border both on, the text sits about 2px off-centre inside the box — the shadow's blur is included when the mark is trimmed. Cosmetic, and known.

Worth knowing: Size being relative to the shorter side is the reason a mark set on a landscape photo still looks right on a portrait one. Fonts can render very slightly differently between the browser preview and the final file; nothing else does.

The two album switches are independent. Displaying a signature publicly and stamping what clients download are different decisions, and plenty of photographers want one without the other.

Worth knowing: Your stored originals are never modified by any of these. Stamping happens on display and download copies, so changing or removing a signature later re-renders cleanly — there is no baked-in file to undo.
